I can fill you in further on some of the pitfalls that I've encountered if you're interested. Can't wait for pics of the bike cozy!!! However, it didn't feel right. So the yarn ended up in my left hand and things felt more natural. If a professional knitter looked at my technique they could probably point out a couple dozen things I'm doing wrong. However I can't be doing things that wrong as I'm still making things.
