li’l devil toddler hat

Finished! I hope the sizing turns out right – it looks toddler-sized to me, but I won’t know until I send it to the Li’l Devil it is intended for.

I was going to block it, because the garter stitch band was flipping up all the time, but it appears the addition of the ear flaps cured that. It’s really thick thanks to the extra chunky yarn. Here in Chicago that would be ideal, but for its Houston-area recipient it probably means the hat won’t be worn all that much. But I’m sure we’ll at least get some cute pictures out of the deal.

And speaking of cute pictures of finished projects…
